To be eligible for the vouchers, you must be over the age of 18 and reside permanently within the UK.
To receive the vouchers you must have purchased a stair lift from one of our partners; Acorn, Brooks, ThyssenKrupp or Companion.
Prior to the purchase of a stair lift the initial contact must have been made through Stair Lift Experts by telephone (leaving contact details) or by completing and submitting the contact form on this website with correct contact details.
In order to receive the vouchers a customer must inform Stair Lift Experts which partner the stair lift was bought from.
Stair Lift Experts must be contacted by the customer within 30 days of the purchase being made. Requests for vouchers after 30 days of the purchase being made will be declined.
This offer is limited to one £50 voucher per stair lift.
